Working at Tombstone Monument Ranch is a team effort. We strive for excellent guest service and expect employees to step in where needed, regardless of their position. We are looking for outgoing, friendly, flexible applicants to join our team. No two days are ever the same – you must be flexible and creative and willing to find solutions to every challenge and be prepared to think on your feet. To our guests, you represent the ranch, the town, the state and even the country to our international guests.
Every guest’s vacation time with us is precious and it is our responsibility to make it special.
Since we never close, holidays and weekends are regular workdays. It helps if you have previous hospitality experience, but it is not required.
