Working at Tombstone Monument Ranch is a team effort. We are quite particular about the level of guest service we provide and there is no such thing as “not my job” regardless of your position. If you are well groomed, out-going, enjoy working with people and thinking on your feet, this may be the job for you. No two days are ever the same – you must be flexible and creative and willing to find solutions to every challenge. To our guests, you represent the ranch, the town, the state and even the country to our international guests.

Since we never close, holidays and weekends are regular workdays. It helps if you have previous hospitality experience, but it is not required. As a Full American Plan Guest Ranch, we employ year round staff for the following positions: Front Desk/Guest Services, Housekeepers, Cooks, Servers, Wranglers, Bartenders and Entertainers
We are currently looking for:
Restaurant staff. Full and Part time positions available.
Morning and evening shifts. Staff expected to serve 3 course meals, set up buffet, serve drinks, help chef with general kitchen chores.
Western dress required. Experience helpful but not necessary.
Must be 18 and over.
Housekeeping. Full and Part time positions available.
We are looking for people with an eye for detail and good service orientation. Our guest rooms, lodge and restaurant are our first impression and we have high standards.
As well as cleaning our guest rooms during and in between stays staff need to notice and report any general maintenance needs.
Experience helpful but not necessary.
Must be 18 and over.
Bar Staff. Full and Part time positions available.
Mainly evening shifts (unless we have an event).
Staff need to be friendly and enjoy people but also maintain good service standards. Also be proud of the bar and keep it clean.
Experience helpful but not necessary.
Must be 21 and over.
Front desk. Part time position available.
Must have a friendly and service oriented disposition be a fast learner and have reasonable knowledge of computers.
Staff member expected to take reservations, answer questions about the ranch, give tours, solve problems.
Experience in the hospitality industry helpful but not required.
Must be 18 and over.
